I’ve put a little link here to a very short video I made about how I make just the cream cheese frosting. I use this frosting on some of the cakes which go well with that slightly sour cream taste, like my carrot or red velvet cakes.
It’s made up of:
- 100g salted butter
- 200g icing sugar
- 100g cream cheese
- vanilla extract, a small capful or about 5 drops if its a strong one!
