We have always enjoyed a bamboo plate in this house, so was really intrigued when I received the Easy Mat Mini .The UK’s Made for Mums 2019 Gold Award Winning Weaning Suction Plate.

Eating out as a family

As Spring approaches the prospect of travel may be on the cards! I’ve been looking at how we are going to make eating out with a toddler a possibility. Last time we ate out I took the bamboo plates, which although worked great, were a little big to carry around all day.

This was really good to try out (we received it along with matching cutlery in the colour Buttercup) and to be honest, I have no complaints.

The Pro’s

The mat has a clear lid and ziplock bag making it really portable for baby-led weaning. You could make your lunch up in your plate, pack your back and go. No fiddling around with more Tupperware when you get to the location!
You can bake directly into the plate like a regular silicone mould(up to 200 degrees), perfect for little oven baked eggy dishes.
It’s dishwasher safe.
It has super strong suction
Universal fit for most highchairs (please check your own dimensions on their website and not suitable for natural wood or laminate)
